1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ISPDueNotice, you agree to these terms. Our service provides hosting for notification pages and MikroTik API integration tools for network administrators.

2. User Responsibilities

As an ISP administrator using this platform, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of subscriber data complies with local telecommunications laws.
• Maintaining the security of your account and API tokens.
• Providing accurate payment information for your subscribers.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, ISPDueNotice is not liable for network downtime caused by incorrect router configurations or hardware failures. Our service is a management tool, not a provider of internet connectivity.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to renew will result in the suspension of your hosted portals and API access. No refunds are provided for partial usage of a billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use hosted portals to facilitate phishing, distribute malware, or misrepresent their identity to subscribers. Accounts found violating these rules will be terminated without notice.
