ISPDueNotice provides hosting for ISP notification pages. In this capacity, we collect:

• Account Information: Email and passwords for ISP administrators.
• Subscriber Metadata: When a subscriber visits a hosted portal, we may process their IP address and MAC address solely for the purpose of identifying their account within the ISP's MikroTik system.
• Billing Data: Transaction references and payment amounts submitted via portals.

2. How We Use Information

Data is used exclusively to:

• Identify and display subscriber-specific connection status.
• Facilitate payment verification alerts to ISP administrators via Telegram.
• Perform health checks on connected MikroTik hardware.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for all stored MikroTik credentials. We never store raw passwords for your hardware; only our server-side execution engine can decrypt these credentials for session lookups.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share subscriber data with any third-party advertisers. Metadata is only shared with the specific ISP administrator responsible for the subscriber's network connection.
